I bought basic version to do my taxes. Cannot use netfile.I upgraded to standard. It doesn't work either. Tried to print the forms to mail. It does not work. I need customer support to fix this so I can file my taxes.
Netfile is unavailable at this time, as per CRA. CRA will activate netfile as of February 26, 2018.
