How do I apply to get back taxes that were taken from Jan - Apr '19, from a person who received Indian status and works on a reserve?
You will need to contact CRA so that they can advise you further. When completing your income tax return, these questions are asked and if answered correctly you will not be charged taxes. If you recently received your Indian status - please advise CRA so that they can update and assist you further.
