How do I change to not first time filing for cra, and leave first time filing for quebec?
You will open your return and go to "My Info" on the left hand side of your return- and go to Canadian Citizenship. You will see the question "Are you filing an income tax return with the CRA for the first time?" You will then answer No then continue.
