How do I enter repayment rate of T4E into TurboTax app?

How do I enter repayment rate of T4E into TurboTax app, if it shows 0.0%? when I enter 0.0%, it shows a error message "please enter a percentage", should I only enter 0.0 instead?

When using TurboTax online, please enter "0" on box 7 Repayment rate of T4E.

It shows you an error when you put "0.0%" or "0.0" because you need to enter a numeric value rounded to the nearest whole number.
