How do i enter the basic personal amount

I'm doing my taxes and turbo tax is telling me my Basic Personal Amount is 0. Shouldn't it be $15,000? I cant seem to go in and manually enter the basic personal amount of $15,000. Can someone help

Were you a non-resident in 2023, or did you leave or arrive in Canada during the year?
