How do I execute tax transfer for resident of Quebec with Turbo tax. I have a net refund but am told I have to pay Quebec tax if I use netfile.

You can't use a federal refund to apply against your Quebec tax return owing.

I am sorry Linda but what you are saying is simply not true...I have done every year....and for some reason this year (in the exact same circumstances as previous years) Turbo tax (and CRA) tells me I can transfer up to 45% of the income tax perceived by the Federal Government to the QC government. I have tried with every single amount and the only amount that works to remove the error message is zero...makes no sense and prevents me to file my return and have access to a substantial return.... can we get a solution please
