How do I indicate a taxpayer resided at four different addresses in 2015?

How do I indicate a taxpayer resided in four different addresses in 2015?  There is only room for three on the turbo tax return.

You should do up an Excel schedule or one from OpenOffice and list all addresses and other information required.  Total up all the amounts and just use the address where you lived on December 31.  It is likely that the addresses are not part of what CRA receives anyway.  Usually, they just get totals.  If they request your documentation, send them the spreadsheet and all of your receipts.
