TurboTax Support Posting a question
- Go to the Live Community homepage.
- Click on the Go to Forums link.
- Click on the box labeled Troubleshooting.
- Select the Ask a Question button.
- Type your question, select your product, then click Post.
The Community homepage does not line up with the above...very confusing to find this page to post question !!
sorry..that should read....there is NO "go to forums" link....my bad...and it appears that the issue is just a mislabeling of the links. The "GO TO FORUMS" turns out to be an option under the COMMUNITY drop down and I need to select "DISCUSS MY TAXES"....very misleading. I don't want to discuss my taxes...I'd just like to ask a question. Why not just have a direct link on the main page ??
still rather difficult to find the page to get to post a question.
Better to be on main page so users don't have to hunt around and get frustrated trying to find the link.
Just a thought....
And are you saying there is no way for a user to initiate a phone contact ?
You can absolutely contact our telephone support team for further assistance, by following this link: Contact Us form. Once you go through the steps and complete the form, the phone number to speak to a TurboTax agent will appear on the page. If the agent cannot resolve your issue please make sure you tell them you want to escalate the issue to a higher level.
