How do I recover money that Turbo Tax owes me?

I paid Turbo Tax Canada $146.89 for assistance with my 2022 tax return. I was informed by a Turbo Tax expert that I would have to pay a higher amount ($203.39) for the service I needed, which I did, and that the $146.89 I paid would be refunded. It wasn't.

We verified your account, and it shows that you were charged the amount of $203.39.

We do not see a charge of $146.89 on your account.

On which date do you see this charge? It may have been a hold on your credit card which dropped when you were charged $203.39.
