How do I remove an eligible dependant? Every time I un-click the box it will not let me continue.

Click "Intro" at the top then on the dropdown select "Dependents information". You should see a list of your dependents. In the farthest right column you should see "Edit / Remove" links. Click Remove to remove a dependent.
