How do I report a bug via email?

I believe I understand the underlying problem and this is the second year I have noticed it. My OS is windows 7 Enterprise. When I install as an ordinary user and provide the administrator password the installation completes. If I don't close TurboTax at that point and I continue to transfer the files from the previous year, TurboTax does not find them in the user's home because it is looking in the administrator's home. It looks like TurboTax has kept the administrator's privileges and if I open a new file, TurboTax writes into the administrator's home. If I close TurboTax and than reopen it, TurboTax finds the previous years files in the user's home but no longer finds the one created in the administrator's home. This bug should be fixed. I don't know if it happens with other versions of Windows or with other operating systems. This is a serious error with security implications. The case id is # xxxxxxxxx

Thank you for pointing this out. I've passed this on to the engineering team.
