How do I take amounts out of a line. for instance, I have a figure on line 8810 and 9270 of Income Tax return that I want deleted out.

These are lines indicating expenses (8810 for supplies and 9270 for total of your expenses). These lines will exist in employment expenses (T777), self employment (T2125), farming (T2042) or fishing (T2121).

If you filled out any of the above forms, go back to that section (Income > Self-Employment or Income > Employment Expenses), and go look at the expenses that you have entered.
