How do you resolve Netfile Error Code 95365? I received this code when filing my return and none of the error conditions are present in my return.

Is this something that Turbotax is resolving?

The CRA has announced systems tax calculator errors that may affect your ability to file. These errors are affecting all CRA certified tax software across Canada.

TurboTax is in direct contact with senior Government of Canada officials at CRA, underscoring the urgent need for accountability and decisive action to resolve these issues for our customers and all Canadians.

Thank you. How will users know when the issue is resolved so we can file without the risk of an error response?

Yes - have the same issues.  Hopefully the techies will be directed to the problem and a revised update will be released soon.

Today March 25. I am also receiving netfile error code 95365.  I have a capital gain from box 21 on T3 slip. Turbo Tax program should carry this amount to Line 68140 in Chart A of T936.  But the Capital Gain amount from the T3 slip  is not transferring over. Without that entry CRA will not accept the tax return.  If I override to do the entry CRA will not accept the tax return.  You have said Turbo Tax is working on the problem. I just thought this explanation might help.  I'm waiting your fix. So if I see an available update does that mean the program problem is fixed.

@SourKraut For the error on the T3 slip not balancing box 52+53 to equal box 21A, trying to enter the sum of 52+53 into box 53 (deleting 52) should fix the problem.

That does not fix anything because that is not the problem.  In their explanation to the error code, the CRA states the tax return cannot be netfiled because there is no entry on line 68140 of the T936 form. The amount on line 68140 comes from box 21 of the T3 slip.  However, Turbo Tax program is failing to automatically enter the amount. It is just showing zero.   The only way for me to enter an amount on Line 68140 of the T936 form is to override the program and enter the amount manually.  But if I do an override, CRA will not accept the netfile. I just really need the Turbo Tax program to enter the amount from box 21 of the T3 slip into Line 68140 of the T936.  I think that will fix the problem.  Please reply with further instructions.

Would appreciate being apprised as well if a resolution is achieved.  Just came across a community chat for another software provider (ufile)in which the same cra error code and list of what the potential "errors" might be are identical to the ones I encountered.  Same pattern- went back over all the points and found no errors so attempted a refile.  Wonderful -not really- have my return accepted but my wife's not, and account frozen.  Hopefully there really are genuine efforts underway to achieve a fix or work around solution.

I also have very same problem. Seems simple: T936 form line 68140 is not being populated with the contents of T3 Box 21. I notice that this thread has been active for over a week now... surely an ETA  must be possible?

Hi there. I did notice that there was an update in the past day or two, and I tried to update it and could not for some reason... the software would simply die on the desktop, and I could not even open it.

So I eventually ended up uninstalling my latest version, and redownloaded a fresh copy, and it made no difference at all.  I now have Version 00.01.62 Build 6007 068G25.  When I run the  "check for updates", I get a message that Turbotax is up to date.

To confirm the problem: Form T936 Chart A, line 68140 contains a zero and there is 4,524.95 in box 21 of a T3, which should have been populated to line 68140. This creates an error 95365 within Netfile.

Thanks for your help. I hope you can find the solution.
