How do you update Turbotax Standard 2022

Getting a message:  Turbotax is unable to determine if an update is available

You can download updates from the Turbo tax support website at.....

Error Code: TT803

 

I follow the instruction but am unable to find anything.

Kindly help.  This is Desktop version.

Good day,

I worked it out.  There was a problem with my antivirus software.
