How to enter quebec instalment

dec 31st, 2022 i was in ON, however, from jan - dec 2022 i paid monthly tax instalments to revenue quebec (not CRA).  how do i claim these monthly payments on my ON fed return?  BTW, in TurboTax, there is NOT a Quebec option under Provincial.
