How to I get my file from my 2023 online version to put it into my 2024 download version?

You can’t transfer returns from TurboTax Online to TurboTax CD/Download.

TurboTax Online doesn't generate .ttxx files, as it's not based on the desktop software.

Guess I bought the wrong version then.   What do I need to purchase to get rental/investment income but be able to get my online files imported from 2023?

You can purchase TurboTax Premier Online directly from our website, TurboTax.ca.

Can you confirm that Premier online supports rental property income?

No, TurboTax Premier Online doesn't support rental income. You need to use the Self-Employed version.
