I am a small business owner. While establishing my company I also registered GST/HST account but my income for this year below 30K. Do I fill a nil return for GST/HST?

I have already registered  GST/HST account but my income is about 24K. Do I need to file any GST/HST return?

You still need to file a GST/HST Information Return regardless of your income if you are a GST/HST registrant. The $30k rule applies only to whether or not you need to register. (It is mandatory to register for a GST/HST account if your income exceeds $30k in any 4 quarters).

Here's the full guide from CRA for GST/HST Registrants: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/forms-publications/publications/rc4022/general-information-gst-hst-registrants.html
