I am currently doing a combined tax return with my wife. It asked for my wife's CRA sign in. I completed the request and was booted from the CRA site.

Please try logging into CRA My Account first, and then staring the Auto-Fill process. You can get back to Auto-Fill in TurboTax Online by clicking on “Auto-Fill My Return” in the left side menu.
