I am experiencing an endless loop on the page 'How did you file your taxes last year?' I am unable to select any of the options and when the page reloads and repeats.

You can try some options (log off and close all the open windows before trying these options)
- clear cache and cookies 
- try from an incognito window

- try from a different browser
