I am getting an error message for T8810 when trying to update my Turbo Tax software. Can you help regarding this?

Follow these steps to solve the issue: 

  1. Save any open returns.
  2. Uninstall TurboTax 2016.
  3. Download and install latest updated TurboTax 2016 from https://turbotax.intuit.ca/product/download/index.jspNote: You will not be asked for additional payment to reinstall.
