I am trying to connect my computer to assist and review agent. there seems to be a setting within the computer that is blocking the connection?

Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?

Hi, thanks for replying - using download. Problem solved - pop up blocker issue lol! Needed to visit a few locations in computer settings before we were able to talk.
