I am unable to continue my tax, it keeps saying that this wasn't expected but we're working on fixing it

Yes, I'm getting the same error. Called their customer service department 3 times, everyone gives you a different runaround. Seems like they don't communicate with their customer service reps to inform customers what is going on. Won't be using TurboTax anymore, switching to Wealth simple.
