I am unable to update my 2013-2015 versions of TurboTax. I receive error code TT810. I am unable to access my 2013 and 2014 tax return files which I have been asked to refile. What can I do?

Unfortunately, we no longer support those older versions of TurboTax.

If you still need information from an older return, you can get it using the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)’s My Account service. You can also contact the CRA at 1-800-959-8281 to request the information.
