If you're unable to NETFILE because of a NETFILE restriction, you'll need to print and mail your return.
You can indicate in your return before you print it that you'd like to register for direct deposit. When signed in to your return, select Review > Direct Deposit Information from the navigation menu.
If you don't set up your direct deposit info, CRA will simply snail-mail you a cheque to the address you entered in your tax return.
