I bought a new car and using it 80% for Uber and I paid HST on the purchase price, so can I deduct the HST I paid on my Uber HST filling?

Yes. If you’ve used your vehicle for more than 50% business use, you can claim an ITC for it. However, there is a maximum capital cost of $30,000 on which an ITC may be claimed for a passenger vehicle.
