I bought a truck in Ontario and payed hst on it. Then a few days later i brought it to Alberta. I was wondering if i can get that tax back i payed on the truck?

Did you buy the truck to use in your business? Is your business registered for GST/HST?

No my truck was bought for personal use and i bought it with hst and moved to a place with gst.

Unfortunately, if you bought the truck for personal use, there’s no way to recover sales tax paid on it.
