I can't delete Form T2125. I don't need this form but I cannot remove it, every time I click the 'delete form' button, it just comes back.

You may have some amount of slef-employment income as part of your return. If you have a T4A as part of your return, this is likely the case.

The CRA considers amounts in box 20 and box 48 of the T4A slip as self-employment/business income.

If you entered a T4A slip in your return with amounts in box 20 or box 48, you must complete a Form T2125: Statement of Business Activities. Only minimal entries are required; the business name can be your name and the business address can be your home address.

The industry code that applies to your business can be found on the following link http://www23.statcan.gc.ca/imdb/p3VD.pl?Function=getVDPage1&db=imdb&dis=2&adm=8&TVD=118464
