I can't get passed the first screen in the free version (the CONTINUE button flashes and then is gone when the page refreshes). I confirmed my e-mail. What do I do?

I loaded my .tt17file from 2017 and my info is on the screen and when the page comes back I see the continue button but it quickly disappears as the page refreshed.   I already confirmed my e-mail address so I'm not sure what's next.  The page states something like 'we're building your tax profile...' at the top but it shows  that every time I log in.
