I can't get passed the snapshot of my saved info. The screen keeps popping back up after I hit continue and there are no other options.

If you are using TurboTax Online, please clear your browser cache and/or use a different browser and try again. If you are using TurboTax CD/Download, please make sure that your software is fully updated. Lastly, kindly restart and update(if ever available) your device. Phone performance also benefits from clearing the memory. Typically, apps continue running in the background, which may cause battery drain, slowness, heat, and other conflicts. Restarting can clear memory, apps, and conflicts.
