I can't get past the "prepare your return together" page. There is no "continue" button? Plus it says it will cost $42 but I've already paid for the deluxe version.

There is no forward, continue or go button to proceed and start the returns.

If you have already purchased TurboTax Deluxe 8 Online edition.

To activate your TurboTax Online version, please visit this link. Select that "I have an account," log into your account, and proceed to the second step by adding your 16-digit activation code to review and activate the TurboTax Online product.
