I download the TurboTax software to file my 2019 return, how do I get it to open.

I just downloaded the turbotax online software to file a return for 2019, I paid the $20 but the downloaded software won't open (Im running Mac OS). Is there additional software I need to download? For the past few years I've just used the website to file.

Unfortunately, TurboTax download is not compatible with any MAC products. You can request a refund and purchase the Online version. If you purchased it directly from TurboTax please let me know so that I can assist you.
