It looks like Turbotax version 18.00.01.42 is incorrectly calculating line 350 of Schedule 1 Federal Tax.
I have not been able to replicate your issue. Line 335 (30) includes all of the amounts from 1-24 as well as 29. Then is multiplied by 15% to arrive at line 32. Can you tell me which lines you have credits reported on?

I figured out the problem --- User error! I had not yet added my spouse's net income, so the running total for the line was including a basic credit for both me and him on my return. Thanks.
