I filed for my son his 2023 tax return, and he was supposed to get some money about CCR, GST/HST and OTB. After his tax was done, then I used some of his tuition credit?

i want to know using his tuition creditd affects his CCR, GST/HST or OTB?

TurboTax will automatically use his tuition credit if necessary. This will not affect any of his credits.
