I spent over an hour on the phone with "support" but they went through the usual "do you know how to use a computer" checklist. Yes, I do. Is there anyway to submit a ticket? It's a server-side software problem.
I too am having the exact same issue. Ive tried everything (including waiting a few days and coming back to it)
Have you tried clearing cookies 'n cache or using a different browser? Make sure your internet connection is stable. We would also suggest try starting a new return and see if you get the same error.
I was having this same issue - in the Self-Employment section as well.. I called Turbo Tax and they said there is an open case from multiple reports of this .. BUT ..
I went back in and rather than *edit* the existing business that was already saved from last year, I deleted that and just added the business again - It only took an extra minute to add the info back in, and I was able to get through and get my taxes filed.
I had been getting SO annoyed!! Tried starting a new return, clearing cache, all the typical stuff - So was pretty happy when this finally worked! -- I hope its helpful for you too!
