I get, Oops! It appears there was a drop in our connection when I try to download financial data. I'm using MS Edge.

Will Edge work with downloads for TurboTax Online?

From where are you trying to import financial data? CRA's website is down now for updates so if you are trying to import Tslips, it will not work yet.

I'm trying to import my 1099 div/int from fidelity, vanguard, nfcu, computer shares and get the same error for all. Even tried a different computer with the same results.

1099 is a US form so it will not import. You will have to enter it manually.

It's the information from the 1099 form for these institutions.  I'm at the income section in TurboTax that specifically offers to import 1099 info from financial institutions.  I enter the financial institution from the TurboTax list, enter my institution's user name and password.  TurboTax redirects my request to the financial institution I get the "Opps lost connection error".
