So if you are online - please try clearing your cache, generally that usually helps, but if it does not, try a different browser.
If you are using the downloaded software, close your software, reopen it and make sure you accept the updates and try again.
However, if none of those options resolved the error, then contact our phone team, as they have the option to do a screenshare with you to help troubleshoot what could be causing this issue.
