I had to refile my taxes. My new refund amount is now lower than the initial refund I received. Do I pay the difference? Or how do I know what I owe now? Sorry confusing

If you have already received your refund, and have now ReFiled your return, you will need to wait until you received your new Notice of Assessment from CRA and they will advise if you owe.
