I have activated TurboTax Live Assist & Review Self-Employed, but i cannot connect to someone when following the steps described in Contact Us article in the Community.

I followed the steps in the article named : I'm using TurboTax Live Assist & Review. How do I talk to a tax expert?

We are aware of the issue and working on a resolution. Until then, the workaround is to post a tax question, which will reroute you to a phone number to connect to our tax experts. We appreciate your patience and your continued support.
