I have called ProReview twice. The first time I was waiting on hold for two hours. Today I have waited three hours for a call back. I would like a refund.

I have also called your regular line to try to process this refund.  The wait time was listed as 5 minutes.  I waited for 15, and then the call was disconnected without receiving service.
