I have created the profile and status on left showing up as Pending, I do not want to continue paying TAX with turbo tax I am worried if my file is submit .

If you have not already paid for your return, you will not get charged without your permission. If you are wondering if you have already Netfiled, you would have received an email from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) with a confirmation number saying they have received your return.
