I have entered a value for box 51 for my T3. It is showing up on line 425 in the Schedule 1. Is this a bug?

So sorry -  I wrote my statement wrong.  I meant to say, it is NOT showing up on line 425 in the Schedule 1.  Why is it NOT showing up?  I am looking to have the dividend tax credit.  If I file with the CRA, will their systems correct and change the value of my return?
