I have problems with Saving to PDF to Mail Return and Server Busy Error.

Hi,

I have problems with Saving to PDF to Mail Return and Server Busy Error. Can I repair or reistall TurboTax 2023 without losing my data ? I purchased the Download version.

Yes you can reinstall your download software as seen in the steps below.

  1. First make sure to uninstall any other 2023 TurboTax software on your computer.
  2. Clear your cache/cookies and restart your computer.
  3. You can use our 2023 TurboTax Download link to download the version you already purchased.
  4. You can now use the original license code received.
