I have uninstalled and reinstalled & still at did you move from another province or territory in 2017" no - still keeps asking for a date and will not let me continue on

I followed answer given - uninstalled and re installed turbotax - and still at at the question 

 "did you move from another province or territory in 2017" the answer is no -

still  but keeps asking for a date and will not let me continue on
