I have used Turbotax for filling for Self-Employed, however, the file was only delivered to my personal profile and not to my HST account. What did we do wrong?

I have used Turbotax to file my tax return. I'm self-employed with an HST account under CRA, meaning I have 2 accounts with CRA, one personal and one self-employed.
After the filling, I checked my CRA account to prepare the payments of my due balance but I only saw my filling report on my personal account. What happens with my HST CRA account?

TurboTax Software can't be used to create or submit GST/HST returns. So only your personal tax return would be submitted.

If you used Full Service, they will submit a GST/HST return for you. If that's they case you would need to contact them to see why it wasn't done.
