I just filed, & I didn’t get the option to confirm a payment method of how I receive my refund like I have before. I didn’t get to add my direct deposit either, help?

If you've already set up direct deposit with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), then they will use the bank info you already provided them and deposit your refund to that account.

 

If you want to change your bank info or switch to getting your refund by mail, you can do this through CRA MyAccount, or by calling them. If you are in Canada or the United States, you can call the CRA at 1-800-959-8281. If you are elsewhere, you can call 613-940-8495.
