I keep receiving a message that Turbo Tax is encountering problems while I was trying to have my tax info autofilled from CRA.

I was trying to have my tax info autofilled, but keep receiving from you that Turbo Tax is encountering problem and I was asked to close your browser. What do I do?

Same is happening to me. Wasting hours of my time and have been caught  in a loop having to start from beginning several times. Today is march 10, 2023. Again same thing happening. " turbotax has encountered a problem" when saving the info from cra download. Is this some kind of scam forcing me to pay to speak to a live person?

I called your phone number, it was picked up by scanners in India pretending to be turbotax. I  realized that I was talking to someone in a call center. Terrible audio conditions on top of difficult to understand accent. Lots of other phone operators talking at same time with other customers. I received at least 10 calls from scammers like these in 2022.
