Have you consulted CRA's list of NETFILE restrictions: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/e-services/e-services-individuals/netfile-overview/...

If one of the restrictions apply to you, you need to mail your tax return.

Currently not any of those restrictions.
Only basic t4 and only claim to donations eould be for charity
