I'm having a problem paying my fees to finalize my USA 2024 tax filing through Turbotax US (I live in Canada now). Why won't it deduct from federal refund?

When I request to deduct the Turbotax fees from my federal refund, it keeps pushing me into pay with credit card area, but I can't change the country to Canada so can't complete the billing address there.
