I only have 3 T slips, but it says I don't meet the criteria for a free return.

I've double checked all the boxes. Thoughts? They are basic T slips.

It depends on what T-slips you have, and what is on the slips. Please see this TurboTax FAQs for more information on who can file a return for free in 2021:

Who can file for free using TurboTax?

Hi, Thank you for your reply.

At the point where it says "I don't qualify for free Turbo Tax" I had only submitted that I had

2 T4's and 1 T4RIF. Under the area where you enter which slips you have, there are others that

have a lock beside them (as I'm sure you know these don't qualify for free service) At the

point where it tells me I need to pay, none of the information from those T slips has been entered.

I'm just a little confused, as I said, none of the info from the T slips has been entered.

Thanks again!

If there is information within any boxes that you unchecked, the data would still be in the program. This may be the issue. You would need to delete any data you had entered under each box before unchecking them. Simply unchecking the boxes does not clear the information you had input nor does it uncheck the subheadings within them.
