I paid for Turbo tax in store but it scammed me into a "live help" i couldn't even use it but now i'm being charged 140 dollars.

how can i get help!!! i dont need help anymore filing taxes but i'm not paying 140 dollars on top of the 80 dollars i spent for turbo tax in store when nobody could even connect with me and help.
